We went to Xpress Media because they are local and always on hand to help with any technical issues that arise. We have to say that the whole service from start to finish as been a pleasure, from getting the artwork we already had done, Xpress was able to put together a site we liked from the start.
We also needed a shop online so that we can sell our products online, again this wasn't any problem for Xpress, the shop was built within a matter of days, then we were able to start adding/removing products to our shop.

Communication with this company is easy and they always return calls and e-mails. I have had issues, of course, but issues only become problems if they are not dealt with.
